Group Twenty26Six School of Real Estate is officially licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to provide everything you need as in NJ salesperson pre-licensing education, NJ broker education, and NJ license continuing education renewal requirements.
R/E Commission's "SCREENING QUESTION"
1. With the exception of motor vehicle violations, have you ever been convicted of a crime, misdemeanor, or disorderly person's offense in the state of New Jersey or any other state, or by federal government, or are you presently on probation or parole?
2. Is there any criminal complaint, disorderly person charge, a criminal accusation or criminal information presently pending against you or are you presently under indictment in New Jersey, any other state or by federal government, or are you presently enrolled in New Jersey's Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) Program or any similar State or Federal program?
3. Have you ever had a real estate or other professional license, certification or similar credential revoked, suspended, surrendered in lieu of formal prosecution or denied in New Jersey or any other state?
4. Do you have a child support obligation on which there is an arrearage due that is or exceeds the amount of the child support payable for six months, or are you the subject of a child support related warrant, or during the past six months have you failed to provide any court-ordered health care coverage, or have you failed to respond to a subpoena relating to a paternity or child support proceeding?
5. Are you UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AT THE TIME OF TAKING THE EXAMINATION?
6. Do you hold, or have you ever held, ANY license issued by the New Jersey Commission?
7. Are you a high school graduate or a holder of a G.E.D?
8. Do you currently hold a real estate license issued by another state?
Note: The school is providing you with the above mentioned 8 screening questions as New Jersey Real Estate Commission, by their rules and regulations, can deny a real estate license to anyone convicted of certain offense prior to request for a licensure. Please read the 8 screening questions carefully. Neither your instructor nor the school can advise you on how you may be affected. All questions regarding the must be directed to the NJ Real Estate Commission for determination. You may contact the Criminal History Division at 609-292-7272 and follow prompts.

NJ Continuing Education deadline is
April 30th of your 2nd year of your current license. After this date, a processing fee of $200 (in addition to your license renewal fee) will be assessed to those licensees who have not completed required 12 hours of NJ CE.

Broker Applicants’ Qualification
All Broker applicants must have been licensed and working on as a salesperson on a full time basis for a minimum of three years immediately preceding your application and complete the education requirement before you can apply to N. J. R. E. C. for APPROVAL to take the State Licensing Examination.
Non-NJ Brokers seeking for a NJ Broker License; Do Not enroll in both of the two 30 hours Ethics and 30 hours Office Management courses until you have received a waiver of the 90 hours broker general knowledge course from NJ Real Estate Commission.
